What nouter is

nouter is an AI layer for your company. Instead of a chat that only answers questions, you get an agent that does the work: you ask for something and it carries it out inside your workspace, with your documents, your data and the tools you connected.

What it can do

• Chat and do tasks. Ask it to put together a summary, look something up in your files or draft an email, and it does it.
• Create documents, slides, sheets and apps. From the same chat you can ask for a Doc, a Slides deck, a Sheet or a small custom app. Everything is saved in your workspace.
• Work with your tools. If you connect Gmail, Slack, Notion or another service, the agent can read and write there, always within what you authorized.
• Ask for your approval before acting. When an action changes something — publishing, sending, creating — the agent shows it to you and waits for your OK. You decide what gets done.

Your usage

Each person’s AI usage has a monthly limit included in their plan, which resets on the 1st of every month. If you use it up early, the chat tells you and you can ask an admin of your workspace for more usage. Usage is individual: what one person spends doesn’t take usage away from another.

Getting started

The Home screen is the starting point: you type what you need in the text box and the agent gets to work. There’s nothing to set up first.

Tip

You don’t need to know anything technical. Write what you want to get done, the way you’d ask someone on your team, and the agent handles the rest.
