What the agent can do in your organization

Only your organization’s admins see this section.

In Organization → Capabilities you decide what the agent can do for everyone at your company. Changes reach the agent within a minute.

Data sources

• Web fetch: the agent can read the web pages you or it link to. When off, it can’t open any page on the internet.
• Web search: the agent can search the web. Each search counts toward the person’s usage.

Tool approvals

Allow “Always approve” for connector actions: when someone approves a kind of connector action, they can choose to apply it every time without asking. When off, every connector action waits for someone’s approval. Read-only actions never ask for approval.
