Workspace billing

Admins only

Organization → Billing is the plan and payment screen, and only admins can see it.

Your plan

The Your plan card shows the current state and the Seats:

• On a trial: Trial, with the days left and the unpaid seats.
• Paying: Monthly or Yearly, the status (Up to date, Payment pending), the seats and how many are available, the next charge date and the period total.
• With the subscription canceled: Canceled, and until when what’s already paid keeps working.

Next to Seats is the Edit seats pencil (or Buy seats, on a trial), which opens the seat usage and the steps to add or remove them.

Add or remove seats

1. On the Your plan card, click the pencil.
2. Under Seat usage look at the seats bought, used and available, and click Add or change seats.
3. With the − and + buttons of each tier (Standard and Premium) choose the seats. The total shows below.
4. Click Next and then Confirm changes.
5. On the first purchase, choose the cycle (Monthly or Yearly (two months free)), load the card and confirm.

There can never be fewer seats than members. Adding seats charges the prorated difference until the renewal; removing them applies from the next charge.

Payment

The Payment card has the payment method:

• The saved card, with Update to change it.
• Mercado Pago account balance, if you paid with the balance.
• No payment method yet: you add it when you buy seats, while you’re on a trial.

Charges

The Invoices card lists the payments made, with their date, the concept (Subscription or Added users), the total in pesos and the status.

Cancel the plan

In the Cancellation card, Cancel asks for a confirmation. The workspace keeps working until the end of the paid period; then it’s suspended, and 30 days later it’s deleted with its data. You can subscribe again before it’s deleted.

If you haven’t paid the first installment yet, the workspace stays in the Payment pending state until Mercado Pago clears it.
