If the workspace is suspended
When a charge doesn’t go through, the workspace isn’t cut off overnight: first it goes to Payment pending and keeps working. If the payment isn’t resolved, the workspace is suspended and all you can do is pay.
Why it gets suspended
Section titled “Why it gets suspended”- The trial ended and you didn’t subscribe. When the 30-day trial runs out, the workspace is suspended.
- A payment has been pending for 10 days.
- The subscription ended and nothing is paid up.
What you see
Section titled “What you see”With the workspace suspended, the screen shows the reason:
- Your trial ended, with the date it ended.
- Payment pending, with the date the charge has been pending since.
- Your subscription ended, with its date.
It also says the date the workspace will be deleted if it isn’t resolved.
- Admins see the Billing screen and pay from there.
- Everyone else sees “Ask a workspace admin to subscribe” and can sign out.
While the workspace is suspended, the agent can’t be used.
How it comes back
Section titled “How it comes back”When the payment clears, the workspace reactivates on its own. The screen shows “Payment received, reactivating the workspace…” and reloads itself when it’s ready. If it takes longer than usual, a Reload button appears.
If you canceled the plan, the workspace keeps working until the end of the paid period. You can subscribe again before it’s deleted.
