Why it asks for your approval
When the agent uses a connector, nouter separates two things: what it reads and what it does.
Reading needs no permission
Section titled “Reading needs no permission”Searching an email, reading an event, looking at a page or querying a record happens right away. The agent shows you what it read and where from.
Doing waits for your approval
Section titled “Doing waits for your approval”Anything with a real effect stays pending until you approve or deny it: sending an email, creating an event, posting a message, writing a record, pushing. You see the full request and decide.
That way, nothing goes out before you have seen it. Requests show up in Activity and in the notice at the top right of each project.
When the agent creates something new in a service, like a Google document or presentation, approving it lets you pick the account to create it in (Choose an account to create it in).
