Moving from the trial to a paid plan

Admins only

Moving to paid is done by an admin from Organization → Billing.

While the workspace is on a trial, the sidebar shows Trial · N days left (with a single day, 1 day left) and an Upgrade your account button that takes you to Billing. When 7 days or fewer remain, the notice changes color.

Subscribe

1. In Organization → Billing, click the pencil next to Seats.
2. Under Seat usage look at the trial seats and click Buy seats.
3. Choose how many Standard and Premium seats you want with the − and + buttons. At least one per member.
4. Click Next.
5. Choose the cycle: Monthly or Yearly (two months free).
6. Load the card details and tick the confirmation box.
7. Click Confirm and pay.

Buying during the trial charges right away and ends the trial. The screen shows “Processing the payment…” until the charge clears.

Tip

The cycle is chosen on the first purchase and then stays fixed. You can cancel and buy again if you want to change it.

Already paying

When the payment clears, the sidebar notice stops saying “Trial”. In Billing you see your card (Mastercard •••• 8525) or Mercado Pago account balance, and you can:

• Change it with Update, without leaving the page.
• Add or remove seats with the same pencil.

The plan turns on once the money is charged. If the first installment stays pending (say, a bank review), the workspace shows Payment pending until it clears.
