How billing works
In pesos, at the official rate
Section titled “In pesos, at the official rate”Prices are in dollars, but you’re charged in pesos, at the official BCRA rate of each charge day. The confirmation screen shows the rate and the total in pesos before you confirm.
By card, in Mercado Pago
Section titled “By card, in Mercado Pago”The payment method is a card, loaded in the Mercado Pago form in the last step of the purchase. You can also pay with the Mercado Pago balance (Mercado Pago account balance).
The card is loaded once and saved. You can change it in Billing, with Update, without leaving the page.
Month or year
Section titled “Month or year”The cycle is chosen on the first purchase, with the discount in view: Monthly or Yearly (two months free). Then it stays fixed.
Add or remove seats
Section titled “Add or remove seats”With the pencil next to Seats you change the number:
- Adding seats charges the prorated difference until the renewal. That payment is made in Mercado Pago.
- Removing seats applies from the next charge: what’s already paid isn’t refunded.
There can’t be fewer seats than members, or more people on Premium than Premium seats bought.
The first purchase from a trial
Section titled “The first purchase from a trial”If you’re on a trial, the first purchase charges right away and ends the trial. The plan turns on once the money is charged.
Cancel
Section titled “Cancel”In Billing, Cancel asks for a confirmation. The workspace keeps working until the end of the paid period. Then it’s suspended, and 30 days later it’s deleted with its data (If the workspace is suspended).
