Review activity

Activity is where you see what the agent did and what it wants to do. It has three tabs.

Needs review

Here the requests wait. Each one shows what the agent wants to do and on which resource. Click Approve or Deny.

• Requests are ordered with the oldest first.
• If a request can be always approved, Always approve shows up (Always approve).
• In the chat, the request also shows up with Approve and Deny.

Auto-approval

Here you see the rules you approved so it stops asking. See Always approve.

History

Everything stays here, to review or audit. You can filter by All, Actions, Observations and Hooks, and open each row for the detail. An action shows as Approved, Denied or Pending, and says who resolved it.

Tip

Inside a workspace, at the top right next to Share workspace, the pulse icon (with a number) shows pending requests without opening Activity. From there you can approve or deny, or go to View all activity.
