Your organization's skills
In Organization → Skills you manage the skills your company gives everyone. It has four tabs.
Inventory
Section titled “Inventory”Every skill in your company, with:
- Author: who created it, or the repository it comes from.
- Source: the collection it’s in. Members are each person’s own skills.
- Users (30d): how many people used it in the last 30 days.
- Audience: who gets it. Everyone · installed by default, Everyone · can install (each person adds it from Discover), or Only creator.
At the top you can search and filter by Source (Your organization, Anthropic, or Members) and by Audience. Tap a skill to open it. Members’ skills are view only: they’re theirs.
Marketplaces
Section titled “Marketplaces”The collections your organization’s skills come from. For each one, with the three dots on the row, choose how it reaches people:
- Installed by default: everyone gets it.
- Available: each person installs it if they need it.
- No one: nobody gets it, without deleting it.
To add one, see Add a marketplace.
Requests
Section titled “Requests”The skills members asked to share. See Approve shared skills.
Policy
Section titled “Policy”- Skills: Off, Optional (each person adds them), or On for everyone.
- User-created skills: whether members can create and upload their own skills. Off, they keep the ones they have but can’t add or change any.
- Publishing: whether members can ask to share a skill of theirs with the organization.
