The workspace's appearance

Under Appearance you change how the workspace looks for everyone. Changes apply on each person’s next connection.

Theme: the accent color of buttons, links and highlights. You can pick one of the presets or type a color, and preview it live before Save.
Banner: a short text with its color, at the very top.
Top-bar notice: a text centered in the navigation bar. It supports Markdown, so you can include links. Empty, it shows nothing.

Under Formats are the output formats the workspace offers as templates for the documents and presentations the agent creates.
