Always approve

If an action repeats and you’ll always want it, you can stop approving it every time.

  1. On a pending request, click Always approve.
  2. A confirmation opens: “Always approve “{action}”?”. It says future actions of that type on that resource will apply on their own, without asking, and that this one will too.
  3. Confirm with Always approve.

The rule is tied to that action type on that resource: for example, creating drafts in your Gmail mailbox, or commenting on an issue.

Go to Activity and the Auto-approval tab. There all your rules appear, grouped by connector. Each one says whether it applies without asking or waits for your approval, and has a switch to turn it on or off.

Turning a rule off asks for your approval again for that action type.
