The Requests tab gathers what members asked you for:

  • A connector: one row per connector, with how many people asked for it and who they are. Review takes you to Connectors, where you approve it (it turns on for everyone) or dismiss it.
  • Usage credits: one row per request, with the credits. Review takes you to Usage.
  • Join requested: a person from your domain wants to join; Review takes you to Members (see Asking to join the workspace).
  • Share with organization: one row per skill, with its name; Review takes you to Organization → Skills → Requests (see Approving shared skills).

The X dismisses the request without opening the section.

A connector that still says Needs setup can’t be approved: first load your company’s app in Connectors.

The number next to Notifications in the panel, and next to Organization settings in your account menu, is how many requests are pending.

Above the tabs there’s a Slack block. Connect it so each person’s notices arrive as a direct message from the Nouter app in your company’s Slack, instead of by email.

  1. Click Connect Slack.
  2. Authorize the Nouter app in your company’s Slack.
  3. You come back to this screen and the block says Connected to ‹your Slack›.

To disconnect it, click Disconnect: notices go back to email.

What goes where:

  • By Slack go the notices for people who are in the connected Slack: the notice that a request was resolved and the daily summary of pending requests. Everyone else gets them by email.
  • By email, always: the invitation for a new member and the notice that your custom domain stopped responding (or is working again).

The same notice never arrives on both sides.

The Updates tab has no content yet.

In Organization → Connectors, turn off Connector requests: members stop seeing the option to ask.
