Your monthly usage
Each person has a monthly included usage, depending on their plan (Standard or Premium). Usage is yours, not the company’s: what another person spends doesn’t come out of yours.
When it renews
Section titled “When it renews”Usage resets on the 1st of each month. What you didn’t use doesn’t carry over: on the 1st you start fresh with your full usage.
See how much you’ve used
Section titled “See how much you’ve used”The space’s admin sees your monthly usage in Organization → Usage (the total spend and the limit) and, per person, in Members (Spend this month). If you need to know where you stand, ask an admin.
What happens at the limit
Section titled “What happens at the limit”When you use up your usage, the chat stops and a notice appears:
You used all of your plan’s usage this month. It renews on the 1st. If you need more before then, ask for usage credits.
