People from your domains can ask to join

From now on you can choose that new people from your workspace’s domains ask to join instead of joining on their own. You approve or dismiss them in Members → Pending, and the approved person gets the invitation email.

The option is off: to use it, turn on Members from these domains need approval to join in Organization → Organization and access. More details in Asking to join the workspace.
